About Myself

Having previously worked in busy accounting and stock control enviornments and prior to taking time off from work to raise my three children - in 2015, when they were all in full time school, I felt it was time to return to work, but I didn't want to return to an full time office based job.

I wanted a complete career change and had been interested in Holistic Therapies, so I decided to start my studies with Reflexology as I was fascinated at how it helps so many ailments and issues within the body. On gaining my ITEC Diploma in Reflexology I decided to return to college and expand my range of therapies and then achieved my ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage. I am continually researching and expanding my therapies and am Certified in Indian Head Massage and Level 1 Reikki. I am also qualified in Advanced Specialist Reflexology for Maternity, Baby, Toddler & Children, Oncology and Palliative Care.

 I currently work from home where I can hopefully aid clients, through these Holistic Health Therapies, to maybe manage or reduce any stresses or ailements they may deal with in their everyday lives.
